Carne Asada
Carved roast beef with tasty Mexican spices and generally served with flour or corn tortillas. Try this classy treat (additional charge)
Beef Burritos
Southwest Mexican and American influences resulting in sliced roast beef cooked with diced onions and Mex. spices, in its own thick gravy, rolled in flour tortillas
Beef Fajitas
Beef strips marinated in a combination of fajita spices and grilled. Served with sautéed onions and red & green bell peppers
Barbacoa
Boneless beef, slowly and smoked with mesquite wood and cooked until tender. Perfect with flour or corn tortillas

Chicken in Mole Sauce
Chicken pieces cooked in a Chile Ancho and peanut based sauce, then simmered
Pollo Asado
Slow roasted chicken cooked in a spiced Mexican rub and served with the “classics” Mexican rice and beans

Roasted chicken cooked with diced onions and a mixture of Southwest Mexican spices, that complements corn or flour tortillas
Chicken Fajitas
Chicken breasts marinated in a combination of fajita spices. Grilled, sliced and served with sautéed onions and red & green bell peppers
Arroz Con Pollo
Whole pieces of Chicken in rice, simmered in a tomato sauce with Mexican spices, a hearty meal in itself
Tacos
Ground beef or chicken, served with condiments: lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, including hot and mild salsa (hard corn shell or soft flour tortilla)
Enchiladas
Corn tortillas softened in an enchilada sauce. Stuffed with ground beef or chicken, assorted cheeses, rolled and topped with shredded cheese (onions optional)
Fajitas
Chicken breast or beef steak marinated in a combination of fajita spices. Grilled, sliced and served with sautéed onions and red & green bell peppers with corn or flour tortillas
PORK
Tamales
The old Mexican American delicacy. A tamale, made of corn flour “Masa” filled with spiced minced pork and wrapped in real corn husks. (additional charge)
Puerco Asado
Slowly roasted pork in Mexican style spices. Excellent with mango salsa and corn tortillas
Calabacitas
Cubed pork in a mild chili sauce. Accompanied by tender slices of zucchini and whole kernel corn, known in the mid-west as “Calabacitas”
Pozole
It is a pork and hominy dish in a red pepper spiced sauce.
Carnitas
Boneless pork cubed “little meats” marinated Mexican spices and always served with tortillas and your favorite salsa
VEGETARIAN
Vegetarian Burritos
An assortment of grilled vegetables, served in flour or corn tortillas accompanied by a salsa of your choice
Vegetarian Tostadas
A crispy corn tortilla, topped with mashed pinto beans, shredded cheeses, lettuce, tomatoes and served with a salsa of your choice
Cheese Quesadillas
Flour tortillas, stuffed with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, roasted red peppers and scallions with a salsa on the side
Cheese Enchiladas
Corn tortillas softened in an enchilada sauce. Stuffed with assorted cheeses, rolled, and topped with shredded cheese (onions optional)
Sonoran-style Enchiladas
